What is Zelty?
Zelty is a cloud-based POS for quick-service restaurants, fast-casual spots, food trucks, and delivery. It handles high-volume orders, talks to delivery platforms, and gives you a live view of how the restaurant is performing.
Why connect Zelty to Yalt?
Once linked, Yalt runs loyalty on top of your Zelty sales. Orders from the till, your own site, or delivery apps all count. Customers earn points, cashback, or stamps the same way no matter where they order. You can run automated email and SMS from Yalt based on who ordered what and when, so you're not manually segmenting or guessing.
How it works
When you connect Zelty to Yalt, orders sync as they happen from the POS, online orders, and delivery. Yalt builds customer profiles from that data: how often they order, what they spend, what they like. Points, cashback, and stamp cards update as soon as a sale goes through. You set up campaigns (e.g. welcome series, win-back, or “we miss you”) and they run automatically when the data matches the rules.
What you can do
Digital loyalty cards live in Yalt and track orders from every channel. No separate app or plastic cards. You choose how customers earn: points on spend, percentage cashback, or stamp cards (e.g. buy 10 coffees, get one free). Earning and redemption rules are configurable so you can nudge bigger baskets or more frequent visits.
Segmentation is based on real behavior: order frequency, average spend, time of day, favorite items, delivery vs dine-in. You target each group with the right offer. Campaigns can be triggered by actions (first order, no order in X days) or by time (e.g. morning promos for breakfast). All of this runs in the background; you don't have to remember to send something.
You get a single view of loyalty and campaigns across in-store, online, and delivery, plus basic analytics on how often people order, average ticket, and how campaigns perform.
Benefits
- Rewards apply to every order, so repeat visits and basket size tend to go up.
- Automated campaigns can fill quiet slots (e.g. late afternoon) by targeting people who usually order then.
- Delivery orders still feed into one customer profile, so you can market to those customers directly later.
- Setup is one-time; after that, loyalty and campaigns run without extra daily work from you or your staff.
Setup
Linking Zelty to Yalt usually takes 5–10 minutes. You connect the account, pick your program (points, cashback, stamps, or a mix), and configure a few automated campaigns. Profiles and rewards start from the next order. No coding; counter and kitchen staff don't need training.
Who it's for
QSRs and fast-casual brands use it for stamp cards on bestsellers or points on every order. Coffee shops often use stamps on drinks and automated messages for breakfast items. Food trucks use it to collect contacts and broadcast where they're parked or what's on the menu. Delivery-heavy spots use it so third-party orders still build a direct relationship and they can push people toward ordering from them next time.
