Lisboa - We are looking for a versatile and dynamic Customer Success Specialist & Product Owner to join our team. This hybrid role is designed to ensure customer success, lead the continuous improvement of our platform, and occasionally coordinate and lead presentation meetings.
The ideal candidate is a strategic professional with excellent communication skills, strong problem solving abilities, and a clear focus on customer satisfaction and product development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Success
Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform.
Lead customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently, delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen customer retention.
2. Product Owner
Collaborate with the development team to prioritise and define product features and improvements.
Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions, ensuring alignment with real customer needs.
Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of new features and updates.
Perform regular product testing and quality assurance to maintain a high level of performance.
3. Presentations and demonstrations
Prepare and deliver engaging platform demonstrations for customers and stakeholders.
Organise and lead webinars, training sessions, and customer meetings to showcase product features and benefits.
Represent Yalt at industry events, conferences, and trade shows when required.
