We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Loyalty Program Sales Representative to join our team.

Lisboa - We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Loyalty Program Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Yalt’s services to small businesses within your assigned territory. You will play a key role in the company’s growth by acquiring new customers and building strong relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation
Identify and target potential small business clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

Presenting and Demonstrating the Yalt Platform
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Yalt’s marketing platform through in person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Relationship Building
Establish and maintain strong relationships with small business owners, understanding their needs and how Yalt can address them.

Closing Sales
Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring sales targets and quotas are met or exceeded.

Providing Feedback
Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Staying Informed
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.

Requirements:

Experience
Proven experience in field sales, preferably selling SaaS or marketing solutions to small businesses.

Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Customer Focus
Ability to understand and meet the unique needs of small business clients.

Autonomy
High level of motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Travel
Availability to travel within the assigned territory.
